Who publishes 21radar, where it is hosted, what it does with your data and what you may do with its own.
Publisher
21radar.com is published by a private individual on a non-professional basis. The site has no commercial purpose: it carries no advertising, runs no affiliate links, sells nothing, asks for no donations and has no paid partnership.
Under article 1-1 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the publisher has provided full identifying details to the host named below, and may publish the host’s details alone. Those details are held at the disposal of the judicial authority upon request.

Personal data
The site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. It has no forms, no analytics, and calls no third-party service: every resource it loads comes from 21radar.com. No consent banner is needed, because there is nothing to consent to.
The publisher therefore collects, stores and transmits no personal data. The settings you choose on the modules travel in the page address, inside your browser, and are sent nowhere.
The host keeps technical connection logs, including IP addresses, to secure and operate the service. That processing falls under its own privacy policy.
A message sent to the contact address is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, and nothing else is done with it. To access, correct or erase it, write to that same address. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Published data and reuse
The figures on 21radar come from public sources, listed and dated on the Methodology and sources page, and are recalculated from verifiable data.
The charts and figures are freely reusable, including commercially, under the Creative Commons BY 4.0 licence. The site name written on the image is enough as attribution: no link is required and no permission need be asked.
Liability
21radar publishes market data for information only. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or an inducement to invest. Bitcoin is a volatile asset whose value can move sharply and quickly.
The data is provided as is, with no guarantee of accuracy or availability. The publisher cannot be held liable for the use made of it, nor for any interruption of service.
The site links to documents published by third parties, notably the Bitcoin white paper on bitcoin.org. The publisher has no control over those sites and takes no responsibility for their content.
